We are Certificate IV (Training and Assessment) qualified. We have developed and delivered training modules to a range of customers, from community groups through to some of Australia’s largest banks. The provision of training is a natural extension of our other work and stems from our specialised fields of expertise.

General courses:
Demystifying the internet: This is an excellent course to help people understand the internet, how it works, its composite parts as well as gain an understanding of how search engines operate.

Home computing: Take some time to learn about different computers, peripheral devices and software and how to make your computer more effective in your home.

Language, literacy and numeracy: We offer classes in basic language, literacy and numeracy. We are also able to assess your current skill level and create specialised courses that can be delivered as private tuition.

Business courses:
Business language: Learning about the language of business can help you to be better equipped to deal with corporate clients. It can help promote your business and give you more confidence in negotiations.

Business numeracy: We provide training in business numeracy, including how to calculate the GST, how to read an invoice correctly, what makes a tax invoice valid or invalid, how to use online tools to assess the tax payable.

Business plans: This course will help you to develop an operational plan, a marketing strategy and cash flow projections in your business plan. You will also learn strategies for making your business plan a living and constantly evolving document.

MYOB (and bookkeeping): Many people learn MYOB with no bookkeeping experience. The problem is that bookkeeping knowledge is essential in order to use MYOB effectively. We can combine these two elements to make you more effective in your bookkeeping practices. To do this we have a certified bookkeeper/MYOB trainer run our MYOB training sessions.
